Jack Thompson, CMP, CEM, is the founder & president of EXPOexpert (www.expoexpertinc.com), which since 2005 has been providing meeting, tradeshow, and special event solutions to a wide variety of association and corporate clients in virtually every major convention city and facility in the United States.
Jack is a 25+ year industry veteran, and a graduate of DePaul University. Jack’s knowledge and skill set comes from six years in sales and marketing for two general service contractors, Vista Convention Services and The Aaron Group; three years as an independent meeting planning professional; seven years in convention and account management with SmithBucklin; and nine years in sales and convention services with Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
